What is the best way to lose weight and keep it off? (serious answers only)?

Over theis past summer I counted carbs and lost 50 pounds in two and a half months but quite frankly it didnt stay off bc i love ice cream and i didnt really eat healthy at all.But what I am asking is what is the best way to lose weight and keep it off? I gained back 25 of the 50 I lost.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

    I did exercise weightloss disc and I lost about 20 pounds in not even 3 months. And I’ve kept it off
    for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the way because it pretty effective and you didn’t have to
    count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    about me :
    1_ keep moving and do some exercises or dance if the exercise is hard or tedium .
    2_ eat healthy food and avoid food full with oil or sugar .
    3_ I don’t eat more , a little is enough
    4_ I start my day with at least 2 cup of water and after 1 hour I eat my breakfast .
    5_ I love to add lemon for my water and for all my food .
    6_ I weight myself nearly every 2 days .
    7 _ green tea is amazing
    8_ there is a plant named in Arabic ( shammar ) but maybe in English it is ( Fennel ) ,,, search for it .
    9_ I don’t eat dinner before 5 hours from sleep , just fresh juice .
    10 _I don’t care for the others and what they say or think , my health is on the top and then my appearance .

    I am 52 kilos from years and am 52 still now .
